We accept return of the product within 14 days of your invoice of the order.
Customers will be responsible for postage and handling charges for any returns. Please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return.
Should you wish to exchange the product for an alternative size or colour, please enclose with your product and a prepaid, self-addressed parcel bag. Please note: customers will cover all postage costs.
Please allow 7 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds, excluding delivery charges will be credited against your original method of payment, or as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn, washed and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.
